Wizmap II uses the following file formats to display and store the data.

  1. Earthquakes are saved in a database with .dat as filename.
  2. Intensities are saved in .int files.
  3. Coastlines are saved in .cst files.
  4. Land marks are saved in mrk files.
  5. Zones are saved in .zon files.

The catalogue files are actually the .dat files.
